• Integral part of the Senior Management Team, assisting the leadership team for long-term guidance.


• Efficiently manages and leads the Engineering Department.


• Ensures thorough training of personnel under direct and indirect supervision.


• Collaborates with Senior Management to develop long-term plans and contracts.


• Maintains a strong working knowledge of company policies and recommends changes as needed.


• Stays informed on industry developments, trends, and innovations.

Job Related Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.


• Must be certified Professional Engineer (PE)


• Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and codes.


• Preferably, 3-7 years of supervisory experience


• High level of integrity and sound decision-making ability.
