Applicant will work for Charley's Cheesesteaks; a 620 unit restaurant brand known worldwide for serving the #1 Cheesesteak in the World. The District Manager is responsible for training at new store openings and providing ongoing support for stores in Los Angeles and Nevada. They will also be responsible for an assigned group of 3-5 Franchise stores. These stores will be under the supervision of the Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage work schedule effectively in order to accommodate changes in opening schedules and stretch assignment activities. Maintains a high level of knowledge and skill in all areas of operations and training. Contacts store managers consistently prior to opening to schedule any assistance needed. Maintains regular follow-up with restaurants post open and visits stores that are not performing well. Works with the Franchise Business Consultant of Charley's to develop plan of action to address deficiencies and ensure brand standards are met. Confers with store managers regarding hiring, placing food orders and uniform ordering. Oversees hiring process and recommends store improvements to maximize sales.
