About the Role

We have partnered with one of the worlds most experienced Solar Solutions Providers who are competent, reliable, and committed to uphold their service Values. You will be part of a company that strives to set the industry's gold standard to promptly identify and resolve any issues, ensuring seamless assistance for their customers.

What youll be working on

Generating purchase orders, invoices, and sales quotes.

Manage goods inward and outward processes, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to established procedures.

Handle warranty claims efficiently, coordinating with suppliers and customers to facilitate returns or replacements.

Create product codes and maintain product databases with accurate information.

Manage accounting transactions and inventory data with Xero and Unleashed software..

Coordinate stock movements for subsidiaries, including transfers and replenishments, to ensure optimal inventory levels.

Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, and warehouse, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Provide support in reports and ad hoc tasks as needed.

What were looking for

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.

Proven experience in accounting function with exposure to sales and inventory management.

Knowledgeable in Xero and Unleashed software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in generating and interpreting sales report is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Analytical mindset and the capacity to evaluate data, identify trends, and make recommendations for streamlining procedures.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to varying objectives..
