QUALIFICATIONS: Education: RN with current Colorado license BLS ACLS Preferred: Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy Experience: Radiation Oncology experience preferred, but not required Skills: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinic environment. Ability to communicate with members of the multidisciplinary team with written and verbal proficiency. Ability to coordinate oncology patient care with other interdisciplinary staff. Flexibility and highly organized Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to patients of varying age groups, human development stages, and cultural groups. Knowledge of chronic illness and comorbidity management. Current knowledge of latest trends, skills, procedures, and protocols in hematology/oncology and internal medicine practice Understanding of the latest evidence-based oncology, immunology, pharmacology, community health, and cultural sensitivity information. SALARY RANGE $33.99 to $49.98/hour (BSN) Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience. 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN $15,000 Sign on Bonus (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible for sign-on) BENEFITS a comprehensive benefit package that supports our employees' physical, emotional and financial health.
