About the RoleThis role is responsible for creating advisory programming to assist in developing prescriptive, strategic plans to help customers transform into dynamic talent-centered organizations. Through the use of Eightfolds AI-Native Enterprise Talent Intelligence Platform, theSr. Director of Talent-CenteredTransformation will help guide organizations through their talent transformation through strategic thought leadership and enablement.As a member of the Talent-Centered Transformation team, this individual will work with mid-funnel prospects and early-stage customers to identify and determine a holistic approach to the design of an Eightfold solution to maximize talent and achieve sustainable, scalable, and measurable business outcomes.
The Talent-Centered Transformation advisory team helps recognize the unique business, performance, HR technology and cultural aspects to consider when bridging the gap between strategy and execution and works with customers to design key strategic initiatives that:
Define an organizations current and desired levels on the talent-centered maturity curve with executive sponsors. Establish a Roadmap for implementing talent-centered processes and tools that drive to a desired maturity/transformation level Align change management practices to ensure sustainable wins Establish clear accountabilities for success and clear ongoing responsibilities for all stakeholders Generate clear and candid discussion of what new skills HR team members will need to design, and rollout these new talent-centered processes and tools and how these skills may be acquired externally or developed internally over time Help organizations identify and establish KPIs, metrics, and analytics along with methods for measuring and communicating results across the organization
Qualifications include:Experienced in leading organizational transformation within business operations and human resource functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, talent planning, organizational design, human resource transformation, change leadership, culture change, succession management and/or successful deployments of AI-native enterprise solution implementations.
Working as part of a team, This role functions as an Eightfold HR/Transformation expert and helps translate the capabilities of talent intelligence and talent-centered skills-based strategies for significant, impactful, and transformative business results.
Transformation advisors will be involved in the following:Pre-sales enablement and education with prospects and key audiences to progress dealsWorkshop creation, execution, and supportThought Leadership development and delivery - campaigns, whitepapers, e-booksExternal speaking engagements (virtual and in-person)Supporting Internal enablement with Eightfold stakeholders on HR trends and intelligenceContent creation to aid in product adoption, community engagement, and user personasSupport Marketing with the development of influencer marketing content and engagementsFuture development of user-based training/agenda content for events (Cultivate etc.)
This role is eligible for remote work. Eightfold does have a London office for our EMEA team and we ask that this position work closely with the EMEA team when strategically possible.
