Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Partner Level)

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.

- Structure, negotiate, and close complex joint venture agreements.

- Represent lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions, including portfolio and securitized loans, mezzanine financing, and loan restructurings.

- Handle litigation matters related to commercial real estate, including disputes between landlords and tenants, commercial foreclosures, and loan workouts.

- Provide counsel on due diligence, deal negotiation and structuring, and transaction documentation.

- Negotiate leases representing landlords and tenants across various asset classes, including retail, office, and industrial.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law.

- A portable book of business.

- Admitted to practice in relevant jurisdictions.

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and drafting skills.

- Proven track record of managing complex transactions and litigation.

- Excellent client service and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

- $200k - $500k + % of Originations + Annual Bonus.
