Job Title: HRIS Business Analyst II

Job Duties:

Support and maintain Workday HCM modules including Recruiting, Benefits/Compensation Administration, Payroll Solutions, Human Resource Management, Learning Management, Time Tracking and Big Data Analytics. Duties include:

• Execute end-to-end projects including gathering requirements, gap analysis, designing solutions, system configuration, test planning and execution and deployment;
• Maintain Workday infrastructure and take responsibility for upgrades and integration changes following change control guidelines;
• Support HR function including delivering HR metrics, complex reporting, dashboards and analytics;
• Meet regularly with HR functional areas to analyze business needs, improve workflows and develop solutions to complex system problems;
• Review business processes, identify options, and recommend and execute configuration changes for optimization;
• Develop testing strategies, plans, cases, conditions and tests, monitor testing efforts, and review and approve system behaviors to ensure alignment with business requirements;
• Resolve system-related technical issues impacting end-user experience, data integrity, carrier file integrations, and overall end-to-end system functionality; and
• Act as primary liaison for Workday and IT support resources.

Employee can work from home within commuting distance to worksite.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, or related field and 2 years Human Resources experience.

Experience must include:

• 2 years of experience working with multiple HR systems;
• 2 years of experience supporting business processes and workflows for HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning Management, Finance and Accounting functions;
• 2 years of business process re-engineering experience including upgrades and enhancements;
• 1 year of data conversion, systems integration, file management, configuration and testing experience;
• 1 year of experience training leaders/new hires on HR system and developing learning materials (documentation);
• 1 year of HR system security administration experience.

Experience may be gained concurrently and before, during or after’s Master’s degree.
