Job Duties: Deliver resilient and scalable code. Create technical solutions based on product requirements and user stories with minimal supervision. Write, test, and deploy efficient, scalable code to production that impacts millions of individuals. Participate in code and design reviews. Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies. Domain expert on aspects of the payment processing industry. Communicate engineering concepts and efforts with outside stakeholders in product marketing, operations, business, legal and compliance. Work in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment across multiple offices. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Collaborate with product managers and other developers to design solutions to customer problems; (2) Manage & build source code using modern version control and build pipeline tools; (3) Author code in Python leveraging modern development frameworks; (4) Build web applications using modern web frameworks; (5) Write code to produce and consume data-driven APIs; (6) Build and deploy resilient, distributed container-based applications, preferably using Docker; (7) Design web applications to implement cutting-edge payment solutions, leveraging Angular, JavaScript and Node; (8) Integrate modern web solutions with observability tooling and alerting, for example Datadog or Splunk. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.
