Rate of Pay: $150,654- $240,350 per year

Job Duties: Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Define go-to-market strategy specific to business applications and integration.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field followed by 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered, or in a management analyst-related occupation.

Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites within commuting distance of Slalom, Inc.’s San Francisco, CA office. Some telecommuting is permitted. May supervise Associate Consultants, Consultants, Senior Consultants, and/or Principals.
