Rough Carpentry soffits, chases, window bucks, etc.
Unloading and loading deliveries using telehandler
Additional duties as assigned by Superintendent
Experience in maintenance, construction or other related fields
Experience with Forklift and Skidsteer operation
Knowledge of construction site safety protocols
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Able to lift, maneuver and climb ladders, including 30 ft expandable ladders
Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs Ability to work in tight spaces, extreme heights, and/or extreme temperatures (attics, crawl spaces and rooftops)
Willingness to work 8-10 hours per day
