Due to business growth and demand, IQuOLIOC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide needed services for program participants. Serious inquiries only. Read description below.

Position requested:

Direct Support Professional for adults and children with IDD (intellectual and developmental disabilities) diagnoses

Services may be home, community, or facility based.

Service hours will be predominately first shift, ranging from (7:00 am-4:00 pm).

Duties:

Maintain safety and supervision of participants

Support the personal, emotional, and behavioral health of participants

Assist participants with personal care and other needs

Support activities of daily living

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma

Current certification in First Aid and CPR or attend training provided by employer

Water safety certification a plus

Must be able to traverse uneven grounds

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Key Skills:

Must demonstrate oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Must be well organized, detail oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality

Applicant must be flexible and able to work in a team atmosphere

Pay:

Starting rate of pay is currently $15 per hour which includes the employee's regular rate of pay and a COVID-19 pay differential.
