Wellnz is a leader in human risk consultancy. We work closely with our employers to support their people with injury management, return to work support for non-injury factors (illness, mental health), injury prevention, early intervention, and other wellbeing services.
We are seeking for a Claims Administrator to provide administrative support to our nationwide claims team who manage workplace and non-work-related injuries on behalf of our clients. This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role is office based and mainly involves liaising with internal staff, but also clients and medical providers via telephone and email, therefore it's important that you're comfortable working in an office environment with a high level of administration and communication both via email and telephone.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lodging client incidents/claims into systems including uploading documents against correct claim records Completing administrative tasks quickly and accurately with attention to detail into databases. Provide administrative support. Compliance with H&S Policy. Adhering to Privacy Act 2020
We would like you to have:
Ability to enter information accurately and swiftly into databases Ability to communicate with people at all levels with consideration and respect for ethnicity and cultural diversity Proficient in using Microsoft Office products to support administration requirements of the role Able to manage changing priorities and accept and adapt to changes within those priorities Motivated to succeed through being results oriented while maintaining client focus and a professional attitude Displays organisational sensitivity by perceiving the impact and implications of decisions on the company and when required maintaining confidentiality Willing to accept responsibility and accountability for own decisions and work Ability to navigate multiple internal systems whilst adhering to the Privacy Act 2000 Clean and tidy presentation
