What are we looking for:

An enthusiastic, ambitious colleague with strong analytical, communication and coordination skills, who:
1. Has experience in a wide variety of health and life and disability insurance solutions for international mobile workforces, including Expatriates.
2. Has experience in building multinational insurance programs, such as group personal accident and business travel insurance solutions.
3. Manages a portfolio of accounts, including a number of leading (stock listed) corporates.
4. Leads benchmark requests (including Tenders) and supports clients Global Mobility issues on a daily basis
5. Acts as an experienced and strategic trusted Global Mobility advisor


As Global Mobility consultant

You will provide ongoing client service and support in relation to the Expat/Global Mobility health/life & disability insurance solutions, services & tools; with an orientation to client satisfaction and identifying commercial opportunities
You will provide ongoing client service and support in relation to multinational insurance programs, including managing the relationship with the global Mercer network providing support to our multinational clients
You will be responsible for the day to day account management of existing clients and for structured and disciplined implementation of new clients based in the Netherlands, including conducting market reviews and providing analysis to and for our clients
You will be responsible for the accuracy and effectivity of the income streams (fee and commission) to Mercer
You build your own network and explore together with your clients which (global mobility) challenges they might have. You inspire them with the latest developments and how Mercer can help them to evolve from a strategic global mobility perspective
You manage your Global Mobility projects proactively. Involve all relevant stakeholders (including your Mercer and Marsh colleagues across various regions) and challenge them to contribute in the best way so the project goals will be achieved
You lead and coordinate international health insurance solutions benchmarks and daily Global Mobility data requests and work in close collaboration with our Competence Centre of Excellence based in Warsaw, Poland
You seek depth in your Global Mobility expertise by involving other (expat/mobility) specialists from other departments in order to develop yourself as a strategic trusted global mobility advisor
You are a true team player who does not hesitate to support your team members with any other client requests


We would like to get to know you if:

You have 2-5 years of experience, preferably within a consulting, advisory or international mobile workforce environment, specifically in the field of international health and disability insurance
You have knowledge of the social security regulations/context of international health insurance solutions
You radiate professionalism and your aim to really understand how we can assist clients
You would like to explore new opportunities and take a proactive approach
You are a team player with a flexible and no-nonsense approach and you like to develop the team and individual colleagues
You have excellent communication skills (excellent face-to-face and telephone skills are required)
You have analytical skills and an eye for detail
You have your own view on your profession and are able to give it your own direction
You bring energy and trust and do what you have promised
You are fluent in Dutch and English (both verbally and in writing)
