Responsible for IT Infrastructure Maintenance.

Responsible for Installation and technical Support for hardware & software.

Responsible for Asset and Inventory Management.

Responsible for Help Desk Management.

Responsible for Configuration and troubleshooting for Users.

Responsible to Network Administration.

Responsible for Server Management & Maintenance.

Managing & supporting internal Audits as per SOP's.

Responsible for Reporting of incidents & Resolution TAT.

Responsible for Managing POS, Screen display, EDC machine and Kiosk management.
