We are hiring Public Relations Executive Job Role: -Coordinating all public relations activities--Developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics. Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media. This role may also include additional duties as needed to support the companys HR and administrative functions. 1-Recruitment and onboarding : Manage the recruitment process including sourcing ,screening , interviewing , and selecting candidates. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. 2-Employee relations : Handle employee relations matters, address grievances and mediate conflicts. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction. 3-Performance management : Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding performance related matters. 4-Training and development : Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development initiatives. Plan and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 5-HR administration : Manage day to day HR administrative tasks, such as employee data management, HRIS maintenance, leave management, attendance tracking and HR reporting. 6-Policy implementation : Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization. 7-Team management : Supervise and mentor HR and administrative staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.
