Practice Details:

• Traditional Family Medicine with both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Balanced 4-day workweek, promoting work-life balance 
• NO CALL

Compensation & Benefits:

• We are offering $400,000-$450,000 annually
• Sign-on, relocation, quality bonuses
