Title: Informatica/SnapLogic System Administrator Work Type: Hybrid 2-days in Office, 3-days remote Location: Owings Mills, MD. Role: Provide first line support of ETL admin mailbox support requests on tasks spanning all supported platforms and environments dev, qual, prod. Engaged on multiple significant upgrade projects (PowerCenter, IDQ, MDM, TDM, PowerExchange, Jaws) assisting development teams on migrating code and troubleshooting technical issues that may arise Provide platform support tasks for IICS AMI refreshes & upgrades, SnapLogic deployments This contractor must work on daily support tickets which will range from 900 to 1100 tickets per 6 months which include platform upgrade support tasks that generally involves longer duration to complete the ticket This position also be part of on call support and provide resolution for production issues that may come for supported platforms.
