Title: Sr. SailPoint Developer Location: Plano preferred OR Richmond OR McLean (Hybrid) Duration:6-12 Months Rate : Only on w2 Job description: Sailpoint SME with hands on troubleshooting and bug fix expertise in Sailpoint. They will interface with product partners and business units to establish priorities for development and end user support. They will assist with creating appropriate monitoring tools as well. Top Skills: SailPoint Java Must Have: (Minimum of 4 years exp) Sailpoint Java SQL Unix, Bean Shell **For Sr. Lead Dev, minimum of 6 years of experience w/ experience mentoring JR developers** Nice to Have: Strong communication Ability to interface with customers as needed. Day to Day: Learn our certification campaigns and complete data validations and ensure accesses are included for the campaigns. Once certification is launched, they will assist users that are having sign on/off issues and doing troubleshooting and resolving code issues. Teams Certification Operations Defects and fix enhancements Additional Duties: 4 + years of experience in below technologies. Strong Development and operational background SailPoint , Java, SQL, Java Bean shell, Unix Partner with Product teams and customers , design and develop robust solutions needed to support customer needs. Perform RCA on Provisioning failures in the environment and Fix defects. Provide necessary short term and long term solutions to address failures. Provide end-user support by partnering with Operations and Delivery teams. Establish and implement a robust application monitoring process to make sure we have 24x7 alerting in place. Establish Monitoring and Alerting for Key Controls , work with Audit teams to support Control walkthrough and evidence Identify opportunities for automation, evaluate new tools, and drive implementation of technology that creates value for the organization. Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members Provide regular updates to the management team on project progress Perform User access certification activations and validations Provide support on Cert creation and Modifications on a daily basis. Support the rollout and onboarding of new applications Provide Bulk requests support to Users and application teams Perform ad hoc data requests and build operational reports Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolutions to related incidents
