Manufacturing Recruiter

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of hands-on Manufacturing & Staffing experience with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.



Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Recruiter located in Pine Bluff, AR. The Manufacturing Recruiter will be responsible for tasks associated with recruiting and hiring manufacturing professionals, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. The Manufacturing Recruiter will also be responsible for managing candidate relationships, maintaining recruitment databases, and staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.


Qualifications

Experience in recruiting and hiring for manufacturing positions.
Knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and best practices
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience using applicant tracking systems.
