Work on construction and engineering projects for underground pipeline and underground utilities, including large diameter water, sewer, tunnel and steam work. Prepare and analyze drawings, blueprints, survey reports and maps. Prepare project schedules, estimates and bidding documentation. Assist with project management, submittal processing and site safety. Assist with material purchasing and quality control monitoring. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and permit requirements.

Salary range: $85,000 to $90,000 per year

Must have Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and one year of experience in job offered.
