Performs data analysis using appropriate analytical methods. With the help of team members, designs experiments based on project needs. Helps to troubleshoot unexpected results and exercises some independence for experimental design. Provides technical assistance on projects by following an adapted technical approach. Follows good laboratory practices and applies scientific principles and techniques to achieve laboratory exercises and experiments with minimal supervision. Maintains proper records including laboratory notebooks and assists in writing project reports. Organizes workload to meet project goals and understands priorities and completes assignments in a timely manner.
