We are currently seeking a skilled Construction and Maintenance Electrician with a minimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting, small repairs, electrical renovations ( both small and large scale), power and distribution, and fire alarm projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and renovations on electrical systems
Execute power and distribution tasks efficiently
Undertake small and large-scale electrical renovation projects
Install and maintain fire alarm systems
Interpret and understand blueprints accurately
Communicate effectively with facility and property managers

Qualifications:

Journeyman certification ( 309A )
Minimum of two years of experience as a Construction and Maintenance Electrician
Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairs, and electrical renovations
Strong understanding of power distribution systems
Experience with fire alarm projects
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Excellent communication skills
Capability to handle high-stress situations and demanding projects
