We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and customer service teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks

o Entering sales orders

o Coordinating with customers via email and/or EDI portals

o Preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system

Provide customer service as needed by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

Collaborate with the sales team to develop opportunities

Conduct market research and analysis

Support the sales team in managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients

Required qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or account management

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively

A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with ERP & CRM systems, preferably NetSuite

$18+ per hour, depending on experience
