- This role is in a fast-paced working environment where processes are subject to

change on a weekly basis; the candidate will need to be flexible and capable of

adjusting to new instructions regularly

- Should be keen to take responsibility along with the ability to understand and solve

complex challenges and come up with innovative and scalable solutions

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and

communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business.

- Flexible to work in complete Night Shifts and 24/7 coverage (including public

holidays

and weekends) based on the business requirements.

Skills Required:

- Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline

- 0 to 6 months of work experience of Process Executive (PE)

-Should be strong at Verbal and Written communication in Arabic & English

- Need to be proficient in the Arabic language and its dialects

- Basic computer operating skills

- Should have high cognitive assessment skills

- Excellent command over English(written and verbal) and strong command over the

local language/ language off support in the region

- Excellent Customer Service Skills.

- Willing to work in a shift based work schedule
