Job Description

Sedulous Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for 4 Freelance Recruiters, on a per-closure basis. It's a remote position and can be done from anywhere in the world.

The ideal candidate should have

1. Extensive experience in IT recruitment with tier-1 companies.
2. Should be aware of different types of Sourcing (Job Boards, X-Ray, Database etc)
3. Extensive experience in conducting HR screening.
4. Good at Client follow-up and interview scheduling.
5. Good at negotiation
6. Good at pre onboarding follow-up.

Those candidates interested in starting 2nd career and looking for remote opportunities for family reasons are a good match.

Payout will be 10% of the profit if we need to supply the hiring tools or 20% if the Recruiter uses his/her own tools.
