We will count on you to:

Monitoring movements with the insurance company.
Review policy issuance.
Request policy corrections if necessary.
Make records in the system and share the policy with the client.
Analysis, review, and dispatch of general policy documentation.


What do you need to have?

Bachelors degree.
At least 6 months of experience in customer service and administrative transactions.
English proficiency (Bilingual).
