Data Quality Executive
con la misin de realizar anlisis de datos sobre los Paneles, cuyas funciones sern:


FUNCIONES

Anlisis de datos, tanto de manera pautada (Bases consolidadas) como ad hoc, generacin de recomendaciones y conclusiones
Resolucin de incidencias / Consultas internas o de Servicio Cliente
Diseo y seguimiento de nuevos proyectos
Recopilar informacin de los procesos, analizar y emitir recomendaciones.
Trabajar con el equipo para generar ideas y recomendaciones.
Ser responsable de la rapidez, exactitud y calidad del delivery
Proponer soluciones o nuevas formas de trabajar que aumenten la eficacia / eficiencia / mejor servicio al cliente.


CAPACIDADES

Excel nivel avanzado
Conocimiento de SQL, R Studio y paquetes estadsticos
Capacidad analtica
Ingls nivel medio y espaol avanzado
Facilidad de comunicacin tanto interpersonal como en la comunicacin de resultados a otros equipos.
Actitud positiva y proactiva en la resolucin de consultas e incidencias, as como al plantear soluciones de forma constructiva.
