The role involves supporting client participation, ensuring distribution of data collection, follow-up on datasubmissions, data validation and closure of client queries with support from mentor, resolving results access related issues and other consulting support activities.


We will count on you to:

Client-related activities contact clients during the survey cycle, respond toclient ad-hoc queries
Support to the market consultants supports participation solicitation, datacollection material distribution & follow-up on data submissions, datavalidation and closure of client queries with support from mentor, resolvingresults access related issues and respond to ad-hoc queries
Internal administrative tasks - update client participation database, ensure that all the documentation and record keeping are complete


What do you need to have:

Graduate in any discipline
Comes with 1 year of experience as a data analyst
Good to have HR background
