We are looking for an Intern (6months) to start in June for our
Credit Card Administrator and Travel & Entertainment and Pcard Expenses
department. This team is part of the Supplier Services department.

Credit Card Administrator and Travel & Entertainment and Pcard Expenses department is based in
Barcelona
and covers European countries as well as UK, Uzbekistan, Israel and North Africa.


As Credit Card Admin and Travel Expenses - Internship, you will support the team with:


Audit of T&E and P-Card expenses.

KPI (Key Performance Indicators).

Reporting and analyzing data.

Archiving of T&E and P-Card Envelopes.

Distribution of internal mail.

Support to Credit Card Administration tasks.

Support Project deployments.


You will have:


High level of English, Spanish will be an asset.

A general understanding of
finance/accounting

Knowledge of Microsoft office Word and Excel.

Analytical, process driven, attention to detail, with strong problem-solving abilities.
