PALLE TECHNOLOGIES Job Description: BUISNESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE URGENT REQUIREMENT Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BDE to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, cold calling, and effectively convincing customers. As an BDE , you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by providing excellent customer services and converting leads into sales. This is a full-time position with a 6-days working. Salary open to discussion Requirements : Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, cold calling, and convincing customers. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively convert leads into sales. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES Sales Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities. This involves making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and conducting product/service presentations. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and offering suitable solutions. Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers and achieve sales targets. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in achieving sales goals and objectives. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
