Responsibilities

• Run productivity projects for a variety of clients across industries, functions, sizes and/or geographies
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gain a complete understanding of project goals, objectives, and audiences
• Analyze and interpret situation & data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
• Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to clients wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports
• Plan and deliver timely & accurate implementation of recommendations
• Implement business solutions using a range of no-code/low-code and automation tools (incl. RPA) as per project objectives
• Ensure team members have a clear understanding of problem and guide as necessary on solution implementation
• Drive the team in day-to-day client management, project management, and creation of high-quality deliverables
• Assist the client in adopting the solutions, resolve any discrepancies and provide hand-holding/training/troubleshooting to client stakeholders
• Build proficiency in multiple no-code/low-code and automation tools as per company goals
• Build expertise in industries, functions and processes
• Work with the team to establish future-facing insights, implications, and recommendations; deliver advice; and identify and solve problems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration
• 2-6 years of experience
• Good understanding of atleast 1-2 business functions or industries (mandatory)
• Experience in at least 2 no-code/low-code or automation tools (preferred)
• Aptitude for constantly learning & improving at a high speed (mandatory)
• Excellent abilities in logic, problem-solving, organization and coordination
• Good communication & documentation skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company & client information
