Job Role :ServiceNow Architect Job Location Fort Worth, TX 76134 Hybrid (2days onsite a week and 3 days remote) Note : Candidate Must have 5+ years of Architect Level exp ServiceNow professional with deep understanding of ServiceNow modules/products, ITSM, ITOM (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery & Event Mgmt), APM, HRSD, IRM, BCM, IT Asset Management etc Experience with system administration Experience with system upgrade & upgrade related activities Understanding of ServiceNow licenses, plug-ins, activating plug-in and related license dependencies Experience with various integrations & APIs. Work with DevOps team for story backlogs and delivery schedule Perform POCs Establish strong partnership with Business owners/product owners, help with developing road map Support with establishing governance model, identifying & implementing areas of improvement for effective governance
