Base of 165K - 200K plus 15% target bonus, superior work environment with work/life balance considerations, potential sign-on bonus and relocation assistance can be negotiated at offer. This is a newly created opportunity in a publicly held carrier with the potential opportunity to earn stock options and to have a role in creating the job description for this role - ground floor to make your mark.
REQUIRES P&C INSURANCE EXPERIENCE - either at a carrier or within a public accounting firm with insurance specialization.
Working to assist another recruiter on this one. Client will now consider relocation prospects from around the US(link removed) Will report to CFO with dotted line to CEO. Minimum of 6 years of solid GAAP reporting experience within a P&C insurance carrier or public accounting firm along with a minimum of 3 in supervisory is the background target. Strong preference is to find someone out of a publicly held P&C carrier.
P&C INSURANCE and BIG 4 EXPERIENCE are strongly preferred.
CPA IS REQUIRED.
SEC reporting experience would be a huge plus.
