Key Responsibilities:

Drive firm revenue by enhancing billing and collections processes, overseeing process improvement, and enhancing productivity.

Collaborate as a financial partner with the CFO and firm owners to accomplish operational goals efficiently and with financial prudence.

Supervise Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Manage staffing within the Accounting Department.

Prepare and present budgets.

Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis, including ad-hoc reports.

Manage bank accounts, transfers, and reconciliations.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

At least 5 years of experience in financial management.

Experience in law firm accounting is required.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in legal time and billing software, particularly Perfectlaw.

Comprehensive understanding of general ledger and GAAP.

Advanced Excel skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to lead, influence, and inspire excellence.
