Overview

We are seeking service-oriented individuals with excellent organization and communication skills for our Service Consultant position. As a liaison between technicians and guests, your job responsibilities include monitoring the progress of each vehicle, making repair recommendations, and ensuring guest communication. Satisfying customer demands while maintaining a positive experience is essential for our Service Consultants. Surpassing expectations will not only help make guests feel confident in their vehicle repairs, but will create customers for life.

Job Responsibilities


Greet customers promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner

Work closely with guests to resolve problems and ensure their maximum satisfaction with the repair process

Utilize all aspects of the MPI system and present recommended repair suggestions to every customer

Sell proper services and repairs to meet customers perceived needs

Gain customers approval for all repair orders prior to beginning work

Conduct business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures.


Requirements


Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Sales ability and basic automotive knowledge

Is legally able to work in the United States

Must have a drivers license and maintain insurability

Pre-employment drug screen

Pay: Bi-weekly commission pay plan based on service labor gross with a potential range from 70k to 150k. A pay guarantee to be provided for the first 4 months of employment while building customer base.
