Job Description:

Preparation of detailed FinancialModel that includes - a) Projected Financial Statements b) Projected Cash Flow Statements. c) Detailed profitability statements. d) Calculation of project IRR, Paybacketc.

Identify new markets based on potential market volume and growth, study competitors' landscape.

Detailed monitoring and analysis of actual and projected cash flows of all the projects.

Coordinating withProject Finance team and the stakeholders of respective projects to understand and plan future cash flows.

To study in detail the Industrial Incentive Policies issued by different states from time to time.

To analyze and calculate the fiscal and non- fiscal incentives available so as to utilize the maximum benefit available against the projects.

To give ideas to theManagement for maximizing the incentives.

Preparation of misc.MISand reports from time to time as required by theManagement.

Support Seniors in various workings from time to time.
