Title: Ecommerce Product Manager Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid/3 days onsite in a week) Duration: Long Term Job Description: Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing application and process subject matter expertise for business partners and IT teams Working cross-functionally with our CX, Design, Marketing, Product, L&D and IT teams Working with accounting and IT teams to verify and validate business assumptions to better define product priorities utilizing our data resources Creating user personas to understand business requirements for the Product team Self-motivation with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills Being able to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build strong mutually beneficial relationships Ability to effectively communicate across all departments in the organization from technical staff to executive stakeholders Assist franchise owners with system integrations Evaluate technology partners to grow web to print and e-commerce offering Create and execute on Product Requirements Documentation Ensure development related projects maintain proper scope and meets strategic objectives Evaluate cost/benefit of development initiatives Manage relationships of key vendors and partners to continue growing the technology space Preferred Experience: E-commerce experience
