Your Responsibilities:

Administer anesthesia and diligently monitor patients throughout
surgery, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Facilitate a seamless recovery process post-surgery, delivering
optimal care for each patient.
Conduct thorough physical assessments for every patient, fostering a
comprehensive understanding of their unique needs.
Collaborate with patients by discussing surgical procedures and
recovery expectations, building trust and easing concerns.
Prepare and skillfully administer patient-specific anesthesia dosages,
tailoring care to individual requirements.
Maintain precise anesthesia levels during surgery, enabling our
surgical teams to work with precision and confidence.
Champion patients' post-anesthesia recovery until they are ready for
transfer to appropriate care units.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid CRNA license in the state of Las Vegas.
Graduate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, demonstrating
exceptional clinical knowledge.
Preferred minimum of two (2) years' anesthesia care experience in an
acute setting.
Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) as
a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Maintain ACLS certification to ensure readiness in critical situations.
Current BLS certification for basic life support.
