Role: Quality Engineering TCoE ConsultantLocation: LONG ISLAND CITY, NEW YORKMode of Employment: Full Time Job DescriptionQuality Engineering & TCoE Consultant is a pivotal role within the Application Engineering & DevOps theme responsible for clients Quality Engineering & Testing transformation initiatives aligned with application engineering & digital roadmap. Over 15 years of extensive experience in working with multi-skilled testing teams (Manual, Automation, Non-Functional, Digital testing, Test Data, Test Tools, Test Environments etc.)Hands on experience in building TCoE setupAn ability to work with clients in a consultative way; helping them derive quality objectives from IT objectives aligned with business roadmap.Ability to create a framework to measure current baseline, plan future state and lays down the roadmap and plan to achieve goals with milestones associated with business value and cost (link removed)troducing modern testing practices aimed at increasing velocity such continuous testing, in-sprint automation, service virtualization, as an individual contributor and work on documentations, road maps, ppt etc. as he is used to being a manager of big size team.Should be able to take the direction and deliver meticulously without hand holding and repeated reviews to make sure deliverables of right quality.Should be able to do roadshows, effective conversations with internal stakeholders.should have strategic mindset and critical thinking.Excellent communication , articulation & go getter attitude.Be able to articulately and passionately present quality engineering concepts to senior stakeholders internal and client, bridge old and newGood listening skills, ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues.Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills of the role.
