Our Denver based client, a leading E&P, is seeking an Accounting consultant for a 4-5 month contract assignment. Consultant will join a small, well-established Accounting team and assist with month-end duties, journal entries, reconciliations, analysis and reporting. Will assist with special projects and provide support to external Audit firm.

Accounting degree and 3+ years of professional experience are required. Energy industry Accounting experience is highly preferred. CPA license and Audit firm experience preferred, but not required. Candidates directly from Public Accounting will be considered, especially with some exposure to Energy clients.

Immediate need, lasting through Q1. Hourly rate tbd, commensurate with experience.
