Who will direct and manage multiple operations related to taxes and deliver tax services.Your primary responsibility is to manage specific tax-relatedfunctions likeadvisory, litigation,appeals andassessments in addition to compliance-related activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• International/ Domestic business experience desirable
• Good drafting skills for making representation before tax authorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
• Should be able to manage a team under him/her.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Technical Expectations

• Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within time frame
• Perform tax services in compliance with laws and regulationsand havePpractical knowledge ofallIncome Tax Provisions, Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement and other relevant laws
• Experience in handling tax litigations and relevant data preparation for submissions
• In relation to assessments
• Preparation and drafting of synopsis /submissions for tax appeals before appellate authorities.
• Manage and facilitate Transfer Pricing audits/assessments: preparing responses, creating forms, reports schedules, etc.
• Preparation of computation and Filing of Income Tax Returns for all type of taxpayers
• Conversant with the new Income Tax Portal
• Experience of Direct tax compliances, reporting, and periodic filing at Income Tax Portal
• Undertaking research on Income-Tax issues and assist seniors in replying to queries raised by clients on tax matters
• Updated with recent amendments in tax laws.Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team
• Team Player with willingness to learn and grow.
