JD FOR GENERAL MANAGER REAL ESTATE SALES

  1. Real estate managers oversee commercial and residential property operations and are responsible for maintaining the premises while increasing its curb appeal and value.
  2. Providing guidance to team members in their assigned duties and evaluating their performance.
  3. Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
  4. Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
  5. Delivering targeted top line as per the projects business plan by meeting sales targets.
  6. Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
  7. Aggressively driving Sales Planning, Forecasting Sales & Customer Service Management.
  8. Competitor Trend Monitoring and Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities in order to meet all customer expectations, such as keeping up with competitors, residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, and so on.
  9. To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans.
  10. Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.
