We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative, technical, and creative support to our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Manage email and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Schedule appointments and meetings, maintain calendars, and ensure smooth communication and coordination within the team.
Organize and maintain filing systems
Prepare travel arrangements and itineraries
Assist with expense reports

Technical & Creative Support :
Manage social media accounts (posting, scheduling, and engagement).
Create and edit content (website copy, blog posts, marketing materials).
Design basic graphics (social media posts, presentations).
Conduct online research and data entry.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with project management tools and online collaboration platforms a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A positive attitude, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
