Evaluate project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment, and make recommendations to reduce expenses without compromising quality. Determine the appropriate allocation of resources (human, material, and equipment) to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Implement quality control processes and standards to maintain the highest level of contractors and suppliers in remodeling projects. Optimize the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Collect and analyze data on project performance, resource utilization, and costs to make data-driven decisions and improvements. Maintain accurate records of project specifications, changes, and progress to facilitate project tracking and reporting. Prioritize safety in all aspects of remodeling projects and ensure that safety protocols and procedures are followed.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial or civil engineering from a US or accredited foreign college.
