Job Description: Develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to enhance network & sys infrastructure monitoring. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Participate in disaster recovery operations and support the creation and maintenance of SLA’s root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication within a business continuity program management framework. All of the above duties will be performed using a wide variety of tools mainly using AWS Console, Jenkins, & Business Continuity Program Management.

Location of Work: Troy, MI and various unanticipated locations throughout the US as assigned which may require relocation.
