Nitto Avecia Pharma Services, Inc.is seeking a Validation Engineer for its office in Irvine, CA to Lead validation activities in support of manufacturing operations in the areas of creation, development, maintenance, and execution of validation procedures, protocols, and policies. The position requires a minimum of a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and two years’ experience in the job offered or a related occupation, to include 2 years’ experience in preparing and reviewing Test Plans, Validation Protocols (Installation Qualification - IQ, Operational Qualification - OQ, Performance Qualification - PQ), and Test Summary Reports; 2 years’ experience in implementing the validation strategy of the company which includes equipment and process validation; 2 years’ experience in PLC Transmitter calibrations using software such as Acromag Intellipack Configuration; and 2 years’ experience in change management, risk management, and FMEA (Failure mode effect analysis). Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. Starting salary of $124,500/Year. Experience may have been gained concurrently.
