Salesforce Inc. seeks Product Management Senior Manager in New York, NY:

Job Duties: Work with Engineering to manage the release process and tightly integrate and balance functionality and feasibility. Manage the implementation timeline with understanding of the underlying architecture. Develop integrations and integration strategies, roadmap, prioritization, market and competitive intelligence, requirements, sales and pre-sales support, training, and marketing support. Act as the product owner and take accountability for the realization of the product vision through product delivery, company enablement, and customer/partner adoption. Engage globally with enterprise customers, prospects, partners, developers, and industry resources to determine business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic objectives. Capture and document market needs, product requirements, and developer experience necessary to succeed in the markets. Collaborate with the broader product management team across Salesforce to ensure the product meets market demands. Collaborate with the client-facing teams (sales, support, services, training, etc.) to ensure these teams are enabled on new product/feature delivery. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May be assigned to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) A/B Testing; (2) Data Analysis; (3) Agile Methodologies; (4) API Management; (5) Prototyping; (6) Product Roadmap Strategizing; (7) Product Management; (8) Jira; and (9) Competitive analysis. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May be assigned to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.

Salary: $160,700.00 - $265,200.00 per annum.
