Position: Sr. Store System Engineer

Salary: $130,000 / year, standard benefits included.

Location: 18305 San Jose Ave, City of Industry, CA 91748; May work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.



Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related. 2 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst, Computer Systems Engineer, or related. Experience must include: Validating backend data using MYSQL; Perform and maintain store systems security levels, users, and permissions for POS and back-office applications; Identify Requirements, finalize Workflow, and Create and maintain back-office applications and work area allocations; Provided complete initial setup for utilizing POS system in stores like Item management, and barcode; Interacting with 3rd party vendor VeriFone for AJBFIPAY, EMV test certification.



Duties: Running the Integrations and validating the import errors; Testing the following process: Cashier activity, EOD, tenders, Payment Gateway Processing, Return & Exchange scenarios, MSR, EMV, PLCC, Gift card activation and reloading, and Register Rules; Working with varying business units, understanding their release requirements, resolving their release issues, and aligning them to appropriate release vehicles as per needs; Develop, document, and revise the interface to run the daily imports; Supervise system analysts or serve as project leaders for particular system projects; Working with 3rd party vendors to accomplish the project needs; Coordinate with a team of Support Analysts and Technical Analysts, and Vendors to complete the deliverables; Prioritize customer-related problems as they come into Support and escalate when necessary; Assign Support tickets to Technical Support Analysts and oversee day-to-day activities; Analyze and review the production tickets to proactively develop solutions; Analyze situations and determine the resources needed to solve them; Manage customer escalations and requests to ensure efficient resolution by collaborating with technical support, operations, and software development teams; Ensure ongoing training for Analysts; advise Analysts on personal development every quarter; Record, maintain and analyze training documentation and process for each Analyst; Interview and assess new candidates for the team. May supervise Computer Occupations, All Other.
