Responsible for providing a deep understanding of concepts related to VDI, Windows Server/Desktops, Linux based OS and other application and desktop virtualization concepts; Troubleshoot and resolve virtual desktop/application issues across development, testing, and production; Design and deploy infrastructure supporting virtual desktop infrastructures across multiple data centers and cloud instances; Encourage an environment of sharing and teamwork among the team; Stay current with systems technology best practices and changing technologies to maintain domain expertise and recommend enhancements or changes; Support communication and response process by responding to users on system issues, maintenance, and system status, and advising and escalating on any prolonged or major issues, additionally being able to reach across organizations to assist resolving issues; Provide guidance to less or equally experienced engineers and assist when and where necessary.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week/8 a.m.-5 p.m./M-F.
Job Location: Ft. Worth, TX
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of experience as Engineer, Administrator, or any occupation in which the required experience was gained, and demonstrated experience in: VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon, VMware App Volumes, VMware DEM; Microsoft Azure; IGEL; ControlUp; Active Directory; Group Policy Management; PowerShell; Windows Batch Script; Windows 10; Flexera Admin Studio; Install Shield; GitHub; VMware Workspace One; Windows Server 2019.
