Stryker Corporation seeks IT Solution Manager, Finance Services in Flower Mound, TX to perform activities following Stryker’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes. Responsible for the build and technical delivery activities for all products, applications, and/or technologies assigned to the team. Responsible for delivering capabilities across SAP Production Controlling Value chain covering product costing, inventory accounting, and integrations with other systems. Work with Demand Review Board to manage supply and demand into finance global applications development team. Responsible for all planning and execution activities for the finance global applications development team in SAP ECC. Responsible for the overall systems architecture and design in the larger context of complex heterogeneous systems. Manage and coordinate with external suppliers and deployment partners to ensure they meet their contracted deliverables, agreed-upon timelines, and metrics. Champion new generation of technologies in SAP Product Controlling arena. Formulate deployment strategies to ensure reliability and scalability for Stryker systems. Assess technological risks that could jeopardize the growth and/or operations of the organization and make recommendations on application retirement. Lead and direct the work of Technical Solution Leads, Technical Solution Analysts, and Solution Architects within SAP ECC area or programs. Provide consultation on complex projects and is the top-level contributor/specialist. Write specifications, develops architectural concepts and artifacts. Work closely with vendors through the entire system development lifecycle and is ultimately accountable for their performance against measured KPIs. Hybrid position, 2-3 days remote work per week. 25% domestic travel required.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 8 years of experience as an IT solutions professional designing, configuring, testing, and deploying the following SAP modules: overhead controlling, profitability analysis, product costing, internal order, investment management. Employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 6 years of experience as an IT solutions professional designing, configuring, testing, and deploying the following SAP modules: overhead controlling, profitability analysis, product costing, internal order, investment management. The position requires demonstrated expertise (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section) with the following: analyzing requirements, designing, configuring, testing, deploying and supporting hyper care for solutions in SAP Finance and Controlling; analyzing and configuring product costing, profitability analysis, overhead controlling, inventory accounting, material ledger, general ledger, accounts payables and account receivables in SAP S/4 and ECC.; performing integration with other SAP modules, including sales and distribution, procurement, and inventory management; developing, testing, and deploying projects with enterprise systems using data migration, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), SAP Report Painter, ABAP debug, Middleware solutions, and Visio Projects; working with corporate finance terminology and concepts and converting these to SAP configuration and solution design; and make to Stock/Make to Order manufacturing processes.
